One of the Christmas cards I've been making for a friend, book-a-easel type.

White linen cardstock, the bauble die came with a crafters magazine a little while ago.
I was asked today if I could make a large badge for a bride to be for this week-end . . . This is what I came up with.

I used white linen cardstock cut into two different sized circles, between which I sealed handsewn pale blue ruched ribbon and white lace.  I added a little silver bow and bell, along with two blue roses.

I'm pleased with the result for my first effort.

I have been making nappy cakes for a little while now and this is one of the small ones, I have made 3 tier ones and even one with an elephant riding a bike.
This is a small pic of my card for my husband's 60th birthday in a couple of weeks.  This is my first attempt at this type of card and I'm really pleased with the result.

I used white line embossed card for the shirt and plain black card for the jacket.  The bow is made with Crafters Companion template and the pocket is a Spellbinders die.

Long Time No Post . . .

Good Afternoon on what has been a lovely Autumn day here in Merseyside.  I've been very busy here over the past 12 months and even though have been crafting daily, I've not had time to upload any recent makes to my blog.

I will, later on today, post some pics of some of my most recent makes (some of which are Christmas orders !!!) and hopefully get back into blogging at least twice weekly.

Santa carrying Presents

This Christmas card made using one of my favourite images.  Santa from the Nitwits collection.  Fantastic images and backing papers.  Glitter glue added and embellishments.

Pop Up Box for a Christening

Another lovely pop up box card for a little boy's Christening. Elements from Forever Friends.  Very simple to do but very effective and eye catching.
